You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet addresses. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. SynapseYield is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in any activity that is illegal or fraudulent.
• Interfering with or disrupting our services.
• Attempting to bypass security measures.
• Using our services for money laundering or terrorist financing.

Risk Disclaimers

DeFi services involve significant risks, including price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. You acknowledge that you use SynapseYield at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

SynapseYield shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the use of our services during the six months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
